Founding member of APSP Commercial Council.
Served on APSP National Board for 3 years.
Speaker on ADA issues at numerous conferences, including 2009 World Aquatic Health Conference, 2011 Atlantic City Pool Show, and 2011 Orlando Pool & Spa Expo.
Graduate of University of Connecticut (1970, BA History).
Holder of 3 US Patents.
Abstract The topic will focus on the new ADA requirements as they relate to swimming pools. The major learning objectives will be:
1. Understand the evolution, rationale, and implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. 2. Understand ADA regulations as they specifically apply to swimming pools. 3. Understand and develop implementation procedures for your facility.
