Step 1First of all place your photo in the middle of the page by inserting your picture into Photoshop. When you have done so crop your picture down to size until it suits your needs.

Step 2Secondly move your mouse around the bottom right hand of the screen and you will see a icon that looks a lot like a padlock. When you have found this icon double click on it and change the name to Layer 0 so you can now freely edit the picture. And now your picture should look like the picture in the bottom right hand of the screen.

Step 3Thirdly click on the polygon lasso tool in the top left side of the screen. Keep in mind you must hold on the tool and then move your mouse to the correct lasso tool. When you have selected the correct tool start to cut around your face with the tool and when you successfully come to do so you will see a small circle at the side of the lasso to0l then click once and your done!

Step 4Fourthly, when you have gone around your face with the lasso tool click on select and then inverse and when you have done so you will see that the entire box has been covered. Then press delete on your keyboard and your image should look something like the picture in the bottom right side of the screen depending on how much you decided to cover with the lasso tool.

Step 5Fifthly create a new layer and there should be a box that will appear saying Layer 1 then click okay and nothing should of happened, now click on another icon on the left side of you screen and this icon should look like a paint brush click on that and then adjust the size of the brush at the top of the screen. When you have done so choose a colour in the bottom left hand of your screen and when you have done so, make sure you have selected layer 1 on the right side of the screen then colour in EVERYTHING on the picture so you won’t be able to see your face.

Step 6Now before you start to think I have deleted my face you are wrong all you have to do is click and hold on layer 1 and drag it below layer 0 now you will see that you have not deleted your face because it should look something like the picture in the bottom right of your screen.

Step 7Now click on a box icon in the top left of your screen and you will see that your icon on the screen has turned into something that looks like a target. Now as you can see in the picture in the bottom left of your screen you should see what I have done and that is I have highlighted the whole photo so it looks like there are little ants running around the photo. Now click on (Image, Adjustments and then Threshold). And you will see a box appear just like the picture in the bottom right. Now adjust it to your suitability until you like it then confirm by clicking on okay.

Step 8Your picture should now look similar to the picture in the bottom left side of your screen. Now on the left side of your screen there will an icon that looks just like a rubber when you find this icon click and hold and move your mouse down to the magic rubber icon. Now as you can see in the picture of the bottom right of your screen you will see that all the white is gone because I have erased it, to do this you will have to zoom in and click on the bit’s of white you want to erase to zoom in hold (Ctrl and +) to zoom out (Ctrl and -).

Step 9Now continuously start to create new layers so you can change the colour of your body, to change the colour use the polygon lasso tool to select the parts you want to change. If you want to continuously change the colour or add more detail remember to click on the correct layer you want to edit and if you want to add more detail always remember to make a new layer firstly.

Final StepWhen you have improved the detail of the photo or changed all of the colours your product should look extremely crazy or nothing like yourself if it does not express it in this way you have probably done something wrong. But as you can see below it shows my final product.
