    A case is an incomplete description /narration of an event.

    It may cover partly an event with a

    special reference to a discipline. It has characteristics of a story, a piece

    of literature and analyses of behaviour ofpeople.

    It is written description of an event in anorganizational setting. No case is either complete or

    comprehensive.
