evidence based care delivery) will improve the nursing care of patients

– But remember everyone’s different!
Think of eMedicines -Think of the team…
• Clinical leadership is key but one person (or clinical group) cannot do it on their own
• Electronic prescribing and medicines administration is an important and powerful innovation for the whole care team
• All health care professionals must be involved in planning and implementation and remain involved as the system is used
