HOPE FOUNDATION LEGAL STATUS
Hope Foundation is a National Non-
Governmental Organization created
on May 25, 2010 by Five Members.
Hf Legal Status
HF is legally operating in Rwanda and
granted legal personality n°179/0811
and has fulfilled all requirements for
compliance with the new law number
04/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the
organization and the functioning of
national non-governmental organization.
HF legal status
Hope Foundation is also recommended
by the Ministry of Gender and Family
promotion by its recommendation
letter
N°0166/2100/DGWE/2012
of 22 May 2012.
VISION
Hope Foundation vision is “a world in
which every person enjoys rights to a
life with dignity”
MISSION
To give hope to vulnerable people by
assisting the poor and marginalized
groups with a special emphasize on
children, youth, women, indigenous
and elder people.
