Uncomfortable band tensionRemember that if you haven’t replaced your bra recently, a properly fitted bra will feel different - snug, but comfortable - and that’s okay!

If you’re of slight frame, you may prefer a slightly looser band. If you are of a curvier frame, you may require tighter band tension for adequate support.

Slight double bubbleTry the next size up in band, or in cup. Both can release the pressure across the breast.

Pinching at the side of the breastLike the double bubble, this pain is caused by extra pressure. Try one cup size up, or one band size up.
