Your gift will not only serve as a meaningful tribute to your favorite doctor or other medical provider, but will help advance the Foundation’s mission to enhance patient care through the support of education, research and community outreach efforts. Without specifying your gift amount, we will send an acknowledgement card that includes your personal message to each provider you choose to recognize. All those honored will be listed in Bridges and on a special Doctors’ Day tribute webpage. To participate, use the Gifts of Gratitude brochure available at each Information Desk and also in each floors waiting room. You can also go to gundersenhealth.org/gratitude to download the online form. or changes in your work and life

MYHEALTH ROOM USERS ANNUAL ELECTRONIC WAIVER In the past MyHealth Room users have signed a one-time paper liability form to use the MyHealth Room(s). New is an electronic form that must be signed annually in order toaccess the room(s) and participate in classes. After clicking save, your Waiver form has been sent to Community & Preventive Care Services (CPCS) and to Security so that your badge clearance for the Exercise Rooms can be granted. You will receive an email once your badge clearance has been updatedand you may begin using the room.

CELEBRATE THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING WITH DAFFODILSSpring is in sight and Gundersen’s Stroke Support Group is holding its annual daffodil sale. Flowers will be sold this year at the Onalaska Clinic on Monday, March 20 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, outside of the Employee Dining Room – Lower Level.

Single stems are $1 each. Pre-order are due by Friday, March 17, and you’ll save $2 on a bouquet of 10 flowers. To place an order, call Rachel Sterling, COTA, Occupational Therapy-Hospital, at ext. 56923 or email [email protected] proceeds will be used for Stroke Support Group meetings and social outings.

NUTRITION AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES FOOD DRIVELAST DAY TO BRING IN DONATION IS TOMORROW To mark National Nutrition Month, Nutrition and Hospitality Services is sponsoring a food drive until March 17. All items collected will be donated to WAFER, the largest food pantry serving the La Crosse area. Onalaska Clinic: Bin near the information table outside the dining area, Lower Level.Support Services Building: Front entry area, Level 1.

We are again collecting donations for Easter baskets to be donated to each child on the Pediatrics floor of the hospital, Pediatric Cancer patients, and children from New Horizons and Family & Children’s Center. Some of the children will be boys, some girls, some infants/toddlers, some preschoolers, some elementary–middle–high school and even a few young adults. Looking for any fun items a child would enjoy; individual wrapped candy. Donations will be collected from March 13 – April 10. Items can be dropped off in the donation barrel that is located on the Lower Level next to the Information table outside of the Employee Dining Room or brought to Chrissy Nelson, Administration offices, located 1st floor Onalaska Clinic; end of Hallway F.
