A plethora of choices await. Let our Director of Cuisine Richard Millar put it all on the table and retreat to FIRE for all the comforts of home. An international buffet with 7 food stations to choose from, you will get the freshest seafood and meats. Not to mention live carving and pasta stations and more. There is something for everyone, even the little ones will want to try everything.

Celebrate Christmas Day with us. We’ll cheers to your health and happiness. Our extensive presentation of traditional items with a

twist include salads, soups, chilled seafood and hot dishes from the East & West. Our interactive chefs will be both in & out of the

kitchen to carve, stir, and whip up whatever you are craving. And we haven’t even mentioned desserts. The only thing we will ask is,

“Where would you start”?

When you’re ready – make your way to the scenic views of Starfish Bloo. It’s not just the views that will keep you here. There are endless

options of sushi & oysters; dim sum, curries & satay; carvings of lamb or duck with all the accompaniments and then some. It may

be too early to call this brunch legendary, but we assure you it will be memorable and have you wishing that it lasted longer.

A visionary fusion of eclectic dishes comes together in a decadent 6 or 8 course menu. Start the evening off with a trio of Starfish

Bloo canapés and depending on how many courses you choose, delight on fresh shellfish, duck confit, caviar, foie gras,

filet mignon or lobster. How you indulge is up to you. Just make sure to save room for dessert and the toast at midnight.
