The Lomax Hoarding and Fencing System™ offers the simplest free- standing external wind-rated hoarding solution available. It’s modular by design, easy to install or modify for staging works, and is fully compliant to AS4687 and AS1170.The patented support post cleverly inserts into the counter-weight, increasing the height of the fulcrum point, to offer unrivalled stability from the least amount of counter-weights required.The entire solution free-stands without requiring any top-bracing, and in it’s smallest configuration with a single stack of weights it has a footprint of only 46cm in length.Building a wind-rated hoarding solution is very easy, simply follow our separate instruction guide and ensure the correct amount of counter-weights are applied and you’ll have a pre-certified and compliant solution every time.

THE EASIEST EXTERNAL WIND-RATED HOARDING BUILD PROCESS AVAILABLE

LOMAX™ – THE TRIP FREE FENCING SOLUTIONDue to the external nature of fencing installations that can vary by location, wind levels, shade-cloth and signage requirements, there is no single counter-weight guide solution can meet all scenarios. As such, the following Lomax Hoarding and Fencing System Solution is offered as a guide for all fencing deployments and additional guidance should be sought to ensure compliance prior to installation.

In addition, a common failing of traditional fencing solutions is that the counter-weight protrudes from the front of the fencing panel and can create a trip hazard in what is commonly a ‘pedestrian zone’. The Lomax Hoarding and Fencing Solution has been designed so that only 3cm of counter-weight protrudes and as such eliminates this hazard and offers a ‘Trip Free Fencing’ solution every time.

Most job-sites have very limited working space, so keeping your fencing system counter-weight footprint as small as possible, and still maintaining compliance with a safe and stable solution, is top priority. Lomax Hoarding and Fencing understands this and so we have developed a unique interlocking half-brick counter-weight.

This smaller half-brick counter-weight cleverly stacks up on the rear of the regular full sized counter-weight, allowing you to ensure certification in different environments simply by adding more weights – all whilst keeping your system to an incredibly small 46cm footprint depth.

The Lomax Hoarding and Fencing solution can be implemented without the need for any protruding back-brace support system that generally increase the footprint of most standard fencing systems by up to 1m.

Simply follow our separate instruction guide to ensure the correct amount of counter-weights are applied and you’ll have a pre-certified and compliant solution every time.
