APAC REPRESENTS 50% OF THE GLOBAL DEMAND FOR GAS POWER GENERATION

According to the latest reports by Frost & Sullivan, the market for gas power generation will be worth nearly $9 billion in 2019, with 50% of this volume in the Asia Pacific market. In 2012 alone 8,000 units were sold and that figure is expected to rise to 21,000 in 2019.With an annual growth of over 13%, the market for gas power generation in Asia Pacific is mainly focused on the indus-trial, commercial and residential sectors with 70%, 20% and 10% respectively. stand-alone and parallel work. Any imaginable parallel configuration can be configured and managed. "Load balancing, peak shaving, load base, etc., everything is perfectly controlled to ensure synchronized running of multiple generator sets operating in parallel", added Manuel Aguilera. Marco Perillo, General Manager at HIMOINSA Far East, welcomed the guests to this technical seminar, taking them on a tour of the more than 30 years of history at the company. With the demand for lighting towers standing at 5,000 units annually in APAC, Australia, Indonesia and Singapore they have become major markets for HIMOINSA's lighting tower division.

ENERGY ENGINEERING FORUM

Manuel Aguilera, Gas Product Manager, took part in the round table organised at the Energy Engineering Forum, held in Madrid last November, where representatives of major international companies unveiled their energy solutions, primarily in the markets of Latin America and the Middle East.
