Have your student attend after school tutoring at AEC Monday –Thursday

3:10 – 4:10 in the cafeteria

Check if and when your student’s teachers hold tutoring or if they qualify for other specialized tutoring

Regular attendance and punctuality are

key elements for academic success.

You may clear absences with a written

note from a parent within 10 school days

for:

› Death in immediate family

Saturday School Procedures

Must be initiated by the parent 5 days

prior to the student’s absence in order to

receive student work for the contract

period.

Short term I.S. is for no less than 5 school

days and no more than 15 school days.
