NOVEMBER 2017

Successful Implementation of Search Warrant on November 14, 2017 by the joint elements of PDEA ARMM and PDEA RO 12, together with 1st Mechanized Infantry Battalion implemented Search Warrant No. 2017-11-638 against ALBIJIE BIANG Alias Alvin (Target Listed) and his wife Lady Bansawan Biang (HVT) at the Purok Rang-ay, Brgy. Poblacion, Lambayong Sultan Kudarat. Said operation resulted to the dismantling of Drug-den. Confiscated during the said operation were MOL 30 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride also known as “Shabu” , one (1) unit Colt M4A1 with serial number W315546, one (1) 30 rounder 5.56 magazine with live ammunition, one (1) upper receiver assembly M4, one (1) improvised 40 rounder magazine with live ammunition, one (1) color peach pouch, one (1) digital weighing scale, three (3)disposable lighters, one (1) all-weather glass tooter with traces of suspected shabu, one (1) bamboo sealer, two (2) packs of plastic cellophane , one (1) damage empty M4 magazine , one (1) damage suppressor (M4), one (1) 380 magazine with live ammunition, one (1) 380 caliber pistol, one (1) militarysling bag, one (1) damage KG9 magazine, one (10 sando bag cellophane containing (4) four packs of transparent plastic cellophane, one (1) crumpled aluminum tooter , one (1) medium open transparent plastic sachet withtraces of suspected shabu, two (20 improised disposable lighters , three (3) rifle accessories, five (5) assorted M4 magazine with live ammunitions and one (1) military magazine pouch.

Successful conduct of Buybust operation on November 15, 2017 at Rosary Heights 8, Cotabato City by the operatives of this office, which resulted to the arrest of three suspects identified as Erwin John Tamala Teves @Daday, Albert Caling Forton @Abet, and Bhonever Tigon Cruz @Bon2x. Confiscated during the said operation were; one (1) piece green plastic cellophane containing heat sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu weighing 4.9670 grams inserted inside a “siopao”, one (1) piece five (500) hundred peso bill with serial n umber RE703885 on the top of forty nine (49) pieces photocopied five hundred peso bill used as buy-bust money, one (10 unit white Samsung cellular phone , one (1) unit motorcycle XRM with plate number 7980 and one (1) unit motorcycle XRM with plate No. 1371 used for delivery of illegal drugs.

Successful conduct of a Buybust operation which resulted to the dismantling of a Drug Den, on November 22, 2017 at Purok Pinya, Barangay Bagua Mother, Cotabato City, which resulted to the arrest of Jose Voltaire Dela Cruz Nogra, Asraf Marjone Bakil, Faisal Saban Andal, Jeff Uy Sadang, Pinandato Esmael Dumamba, Fahad Dris Mala and Kier Rody Palumbi. However, the target of the buy-bust namely Alias Tata Bai Biruar/Tata Bai Ampatuan Biruar and Alias Bogs Biruar was able to elude arrest Seized during the operation were: one (1) pc. small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu weighing MOL 0.02 grams (buy-bust item), one (1) pc 500 peso bill bearing serial number # Z614177 (buy-bust money), four (4) pcs pc. small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu weighing MOL 0.08 grams with an estimated value of Php 2,000.00 and various drug paraphernalia.

Successful conduct of a Buy Bust Operation on November 28, 2017 under direct supervision of DIR III JUVENAL BLANQUERA AZURIN together with PDEA RO 12, Pigcawayan MPS, City Government of Cotabato and LGU Pigcawayan, against Mohamad Macalimpas Alias Apis / Mads and his Cohorts at Datu Piang St., corner Maharlika Highway, Brgy. Poblacion 3, Pigcawayan, North Cotabato. Said operation resulted to the arrest of MOHAMMAD TUANKALI MACALIMPAS (HVT) aka Mohamad Tuankali Makalipas aka Apis aka Mads, a member of 15th Bde, EMF, 105th Base Command, MILF, and his cohorts identified as NORAIDA SAMAON ALAMADA, and SAMSUDIN BALUNO KATO aka Samsudin Balolong Kato after they agreed to sell and hand-over one pc heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing “Shabu” weighing MOL 50 grams worth Php 250,000.00 placed inside a yellow Superama sandobag containing pieces of bread. Seized during the operation were six (6) pcs heat-sealed plastic sachet containing “shabu” weighing MOL ½ kilo worth Php 2.5 million pesos, one (1) unit 9mm Norinco pistol with one (1) pc magazine inserted loaded with seven (7) pcs live ammunition, two (2) cellular phones, two (2) pieces genuine Five Hundred peso bills placed on top and on the bottom of rolled cut pieces of five hundred peso bills paper money and (1) unit Blue Nissan URVAN with plate number ZTR 391 with BANGSAMORO GENERAL ASSEMBLY Limakasako Delegates U-4 Compliment printed in a tarpaulin placed in front of the van.

Successful conduct of a BUYBUST OPERATION November 29, 2017, elements of PDEA RO ARMM, against @ REX along National Highway, Barangay Upper Capiton, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao. Said operation resulted to the arrest of Raffy Hadjirol Osama @ Rex a Watch listed drug personality of this office after he agreed to sell and hand-over one piece heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride also known as “Shabu” weighing MOL 50 grams worth Php 250,000.00 placed inside a blue sando bag. Further, seized during the operation were nine (9) pcs heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride also known as shabu weighing MOL ½ kilo with estimated value of Php 2.5 million pesos, one (1) unit Suzuki Multicab colored blue bearing plate number MVC 517, one (1) unit Oppo cellular phone and two (2) pieces genuine One Thousand peso bills placed on top cut pieces of one thousand peso bills boodle money.
