Dispositions Survey - Procedures

- Form A is completed early in the teacher education experience

- Form B is completed by the clinical teacher during the first part (Senior I) of the internship

- Form C is completed by the university supervisor at the close of the internship (Senior II)

The Candidate:

A. demonstrates adherence to standards of professional ethics.

B. wears professional attire for teachers when in a school setting.

C. demonstrates reliability by performing assigned tasks or duties on time without prompting.

D. displays a positive attitude toward teaching and interactions with students and families.
