Kirstie is a junior nursing student.

Her dream job is to work in a psychiatric hospital

with children.

She has had four different jobs on campus: tour guide,

ticket sales, tour coordinator of the residence halls, and

front desk worker.

She is known for her loud snaps during RHA and

NRHH meetings

Her favorite Disney Princess is Ariel.

Kirstie has bright red hair, just like Ariel.

She is obsessed with the musical Rent.

“Kirstie has the ability to understand

both sides of the story, such as when we

are voting on a controversial topic, and

she not only considers her institution, but

the organization as a whole. She brings

her unique ideas to the boardroom, and

she never hesitates to share them, because

they are always well received. CCs in

IRHA look up to Kirstie in boardroom,

and she has earned that throughout her

time as NCC.”

-Levi Campbell, former IRHA president

“The word ‘dedicated’ does not do Kirstie

justice. Not only does she take on extra duties

outside of her NCC position, but she also puts

her heart and soul into everything she

commits to. She dedicates 100% to all of her

work, and I consider myself lucky to work

with someone like her.”

-Junior Cortez, NIU RHA President

students under her wing and acts as an

older sister to them until they are

comfortable within their leadership

roles, and she never takes credit for it.

She is the most selfless leader I’ve ever

met, and I truly admire her for that.”
