The combination of our experience with our approach (skills and toolkit) has proven a strong basis to let transformations in organizations happen.” Lucy: "In 2009 I took an important decision. I resigned from my secure job at HP in order to be able to dedicate myself entirely to the human side of organizations. I experienced that there was still so much to gain from developing the human capital. In an independent role I can give the most meaning to as many organizations as possible." Lucy has extensive experience in international industries. She is a transformational and participatory leadership coach and facilitates transition processes. René: "A seed can only grow if you plant it in fertile soil. You can try to build capacity, however, when the soil is not fertile, you might have to take one step back and start working on fertilizing first. You not only need to know what seeds to plant, but also in what environment. That is exactly what defines our interventions." René worked for Vodafone for 17 years, amongst others as "Head of Networks". Further, he was chairman of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Northern European Advisory Board. Since 2013 he is partner at Herlaar Business Coaching. His expertise in organizational effectiveness, change and transition management is based on extensive experience in management and leadership. “We listen to the questions behind the question, create clarity on need and purpose and look at organizations from different viewpoints.
