But he was not just any other guy. In her mind, they had started little conversation together at the time she first met him in a birthday party. For her, he is not a mere crowd rather a man she wishes to marry someday.

She did take no steps to make it happen. She let God write their story, wherever that first meeting will lead them. There were many hellos but never goodbyes. Chances knock to her door several times but she did wait patiently for someone to open it for her. She believes that he is worth the wait.

When finally someone arrived and opened that door for them to have a real talk, she welcomed him and let him feel comfortable. Never in her wildest thoughts will that such opportunity knock her off.

She was amazed how he had become the man who can thrill her by smiling into her eyes or just staring into space of the world that only belongs to them. But akin to a girl who was once and still have crush on him, she kept her charm and poise though deep inside her, she is going postal. She has been very honest on how much she admires and respects him, nevertheless, he is not one of the frogs she is willing to kiss merely to found out if he is the one. She never sees herself as a damsel in distress waiting for her prince to dance with her as not for her to be a wallflower. But when they hold hands, though not so often, she tends to hold on a little too tight as if she does not want to lose him.

Yet, in a second thought, how could she possibly lost someone whom does not belong to her in any way?

Though she does not want her urges to be mistaken as resemblance of love, she wants to take a chance on whatever feelings she may have on him and let herself be surprised on what she will be able to find.

Love, it will be like handling her first case. She will be persistent in pulling it off, no matter how slight the chance of winning it. It is a matter of conviction. And if ever she blow it off, at least, she entertain, nurture and give a good fight for it. She won’t be measured by the number of cases she had actually won rather how much she had put through to win that case. She will do whatever it takes to make sure that he’s next to her because for her, she has already found the perfect man though in reality, she is not really looking for perfection rather someone who is her reflection- someone who can handle her worst and definitely deserves her best.

And no matter who or what she looks at, she always come back for him like a renvoi. That is why she did never, ever get her hopes into the possibility that guides her way to him and the possibility that destiny sides them. And that he can go wherever she is going. All that and bag of chips.

When they will go for a walk again to the place where she hugged him, and in that entire walk, there is a dead air, she won’t kiss him. Never. That’s asking too much after all from him who is just being nice to her.

While trusting that everything is in right order, she wants him to be her diary, her listening ear and her childhood crush. That she thinks is not asking too much after all from him.
