PASE’s Impact

Dallas ISD data for program year 2009-2010:

Students of Concilio participants were less likely to repeat a grade than their non-participating peers

Students of Concilio participants were more likely to meet the state standard on Reading TAKS

Students of Concilio participants had better Math TAKS scores than those of the district as a whole

Average attendance rates were higher for students of Concilio participants when compared to the district across all grade levels

PASE’s Impact

2009-2010 Data:• 400 parents read to their children for the first time• 660 parents read to their children five times or more• 910 parents met with their student’s teacher during the

semester that they took our program

2011-2012 Data:

99% of Concilio students promoted to the next grade level (828 students)

Survey of 2,100 parents who completed the PASE program since it began:

90.2% of their students graduated from high school

78.0% entered post-secondary education
