Hello Heartland Territory Team! June is here and summer is fast ap- proaching. Take advantage of this beautiful weather, get out of those offices and cubicles and make some drops! Big news this month, with the introduction of our New Territory Recruiter, Kim Newman (see page 2). Kim came at the optimal time, as we need to revive our recruiting efforts. We hope to make up some ground on our territory goal and we need an “all hands on deck” ap- proach. Remember, we do offer RTB Bonuses for recruiting, refer- ring and training new agents. Talk to your DGA about the RTB program and share our incredible career with those around you! We hope to make a strong finish for the second quarter, with four weeks left to go. Surely our June RACE Event (page 5) will help ramp up the necessary activity to be suc- cessful. CI SUMMER DASH FOR CASH

For a limited time -- a new summer bonus

Cash in this summer with our new CI Summer Dash for Cash bonus. Here’s how it works:

Between June 1 and Aug. 29, 2014, every pre-approved eligible account that successfully sells Critical Illness1.0 and reaches a

minimum of $2,000 in new total net sales premium (from any combination of products, it doesn’t all have to come from Criti-

cal Illness 1.0) will earn a $200 bonus.

Bonus payment is allocated based on the opener premium split. The bonus will be paid monthly, and is for career agents only.

This bonus is in addition to the commissions and bonuses sales managers and their reps can earn from their regular compensa-

tion plan.
