    INTRO

Modern longevity has the mission to focus on healthspan, which means living longer in health and vitality. Today, longer life is often associated with pain, suffering and a lower quality of life. To change this, the general preconceptions about age and age science need to change as well. Healthy longevity requires efforts and collaboration between individuals, research, business, regulators, education and especially the medical sector.

Our online event will bring together experts devoted to the ultimate goal of prolonging healthy lifespan and vitality for life.

DEBATE #1Modern prevention – focusing on healthspan and wellbeing10:40-11:30 AM CET

With its siloed, fragmented character and focus on treating illness, medicine currently does not address the issue of healthspan. It is important that the medical sector evolves from being primarily a sick care system to prioritize preventive healthcare and the progress made in the longevity field. In this first debate we will focus on various aspects of modern preventive healthcare as well as products and technologies leading to healthy longevity.
