HEALTHY PRODUCTS

Healthy products means that the products that give strengthens, healthy, and feel more save

when consume it and the body will feel strong and healthy from the disease to their consumer

when to consume it also give the positive feedback to our mentally and physically when they

consume it with continuously. It is very good because now a days many people faced the

problem of their health and become sickness when the people took the wrong food or consume

more and the body will become fat and the people will may face a variety of disease such as

diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney problems and many more when the people cannot follow

the right procedures when taking the food just eat anything that they feel delicious not think the

feedback from the side effect of the food they consumed it they will faced the big problem that I

mention before this. Malaysian people need to follow the right procedures when it comes to food

because many people wants to live longer time and wants a happy family that free from any

disease. To overcome this kind of problems many healthy products come out in the pharmacist

with the Ministry of Health approval such as supplements, medicines and vitamins that goods

for our body and heath.

ISSUE

Unauthorized Ingredients in Healthy Products

Now a days, many people take the advantage of the production of the healthy products because

too many businessman or company want to try to produce this kind of the products because

people in Malaysia wants to become healthy so the businessman take the advantage from this

opportunities. Recently, in Malaysia healthy product becomes famous because now days

everyone wants to become healthy and to look beautiful so because of that they consumed

such as vitamins to maintain the healthy and also supplements that make their body look

healthier.

CAUSES

The causes of this situation happen because of the people in Malaysian eager wants to become

healthier such as for the fat body want to become slimming in s short period so the people

believe when they consumed it they will get the result as soon as possible because the

company will encourage the people to buying the products and will get the fastest result without

checking or confirming that the ingredients that they used is a rightful ingredients. Other than

that, the businessman or the company make this situation happen because they used the

smaller amount of money for production but they want the higher profit so this thing will make

them used the unauthorized ingredients that will give the fastest feedback to their customers

with the lower price of the production. Besides that, the people that sells that kind of the

products want to produce more of the products because the demand is higher but they need the

shortage time to produce it to the market.

AFFECT

The unauthorized of the ingredients in the healthy products will cause the harmful towards our

body in the future it will give the bad impact to the person that consumed it. The examples of the

affect towards the wrong product that it can cause the sudden death of the people because of

the consumer consume it without the supervision of the doctor. The other affect that people can

get from taking the wrong additional food that they can get a heart attack and passed away from

that and also the negative feedback such as their body will become weak all the time not have

the energy when want to do something. The wrong healthy product may be give the good

feedback to their consumer with the fastest but in the long period or after two to three years they

will get the side effect of the wrong products that they used.

SOLUTION

The solution of these problems the Health of the Ministry will make the investigation towards this

problem and announced to the public which the product that used the unauthorized ingredients

and take the correction plan to the people that misused this opportunities sells the danger

products to the people without getting any approval from the Health of the Ministry. The Health

of the Ministry will stop the operation of the company that produce harmful products to prevent

more people buy and getting fooled by the wrong person. They also give the advice to the

people stop believe to trust the testimony from the product as long as the customer itself see in

the front of their eyes because the people that they used for testimony usually they paid it to

them to make the promotion become successful to attract the customers.

RECOMMENDATION

The recommendation that I will share to the people who wants to used healthy products such as

vitamin, supplement, slimming set and many more the first things that they need to do is go to

the doctor that have the license as a doctor because nowadays increasing the number of fake

doctors happen. The people can get the advice from them regarding of the products that they

want to consume or buy the products from the pharmacist that have the license so that the

customers will not be fooled by the wrong person and make sure the ingredients that they use

get the approval from the Health of the Ministry.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Beauty products means that the products that people used to look prettier and looking for to

improve their self-image when go the public area. Recently, beauty products become a hot topic

because there are too many products that sells with the affordable price and the consumer that

consumed it product will get the better result after they used it. In Malaysia there is too many

company, business or people that want to become the founder of the beauty products. There is

a lot of local products compare to the foreign products nowadays that makes the sales of the

foreign product like Clean&Clear, Garnier, Olay and many did not make the high profit in the

sales because of the new existence of the beauty products enter in this market such as

D’Herbs, Sendayu Tinggi, Dynars, and many more that majority their founder is a Malaysian and

malay people. This product usually they sells in the market using agent or other place that sells

the same level of the products such as herbs shop and there are not located in the store like

Watsons, Guardian, Tesco because the founder need to pay more for the displays so they sells

their products through agents and the will make the more benefit. Too many beauty products in

this market also make the consumers feel confusing and sometimes gets cheated from the

owner of the shop.

ISSUE

IMITATION OF THE BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Recently, imitation of the beauty products become more serious because of the highest number

of the beauty products in the market so the businessman or company take this advantage too

fooled their customers with make the similar packaging and brand name with the original one to

make the customers confused so that they will buy the products. This problem becomes more

serious and Health of the Ministry needs to make the investigation more because of the number

of the company or agents that sell this product is high and a lot of imitate product sells in the

public area such as at flea market. The ingredients that they used when making this product

maybe did not appropriate because of that they sell it with lower price compare to the original

one. For example of the products imitations is Tabita, Dnars and many more.

CAUSES

The causes of the product imitations is where their manufacture of the products using a lower

prices for their ingredients so that why the product give the harmfull to their consumers. They

also wants to compete the price with the original ones so that why the company puts the lower

price compare to the original ones to attract more customers to buy it products. Their target

customers to the people who have lower income so they place in the flea market because of the

people that come here to buy the food will attract to this products because of the lower price.

Other than that, they want to gain more profit from their customers and they just need to use a

little of money or budget when make it the production of the product.

AFFECT

The consumers that consume the wrong products will get the side effect if the products give the

negative outcome. For example resulting in permanent disability of the brain if the consumers

buy the wrong products because the imitate products they used the contains a mixture of a toxic

chemicals that are harmful to the skin, internal organs andnervous system of humans. The

wrong chemicals will enter into the pores of the skin thus gather and increased the amount of

toxics in the body it also can make the risk of loss of brain cells that cause them to be mentally

retartded or suffering for Alzheimer’s disease. The side effect maybe the consumer will get the

permenant scars on the skin, a skin disease, infection of the eye, heart problems, kidney,

vervous system disorders and many more.

SOLUTION

The Health of the Ministry will get the take the action regarding to this problem seriously

because there is too many victims of the imitate of the beauty products in the market especially

the products that selling in the flea market. The company need to get the approval from the

Health of the Ministry to prevent of anything happen towards their consumer because the

consumer has the right to summons the company that cheated on her and make the company

pay for the things that happen at them. The Health of the Ministry have the right to close their

operation as well as give summons to the premise that sell the imitate products.

RECOMMENDATION

The people who intersted more in the beauty products they needs to check the ingredients that

the products using to prevent them to using the wrong ingredients. They can take the advice to

the master of the skin regarding the products that they take it in order to prevent them using the

wrong ones and will give the negative outcome in the future. The consumer also can make the

report for the imitate product to the organizations that handle this situation and make the action

plan to diminish this kind of premises.
