Customers can order prescriptions by mail, phone, email or fax and have them delivered to their front door. oday thousands of Connecticut residents use this service, including the members of large employee health insurance plans. HealthWay also provides its service to individuals without health insurance on a cash basis. Our Story Based in New Haven, HealthWay Pharmacies, Inc. is one of Connecticut’s largest and most successful pharmacy chains. It was founded in 1985 by Marsha and Jack Robinson and has since grown to 165 locations throughout the state. Our Mission We strive to best serve the needs of the people in the local communities of each of our retail stores. In addition to those communities, HealthWay’s provides its servies across other communities in the state through its Mail-Meds program. Our Promise HealthWay is committed to serving the needs of all the communities surrounding our stores. HealthWay pharmacists are ready to answer any and all questions customers may have about their prescriptions and needs. HealthWay is a member of the National Pharmaceutical Association, the C Association of Pharmacies and the New Haven Chamber of Commerce.
