What is poverty

Came from the root word “pauper” which means poor.

A state or condition in which a person or community lacks the financial resources and essentials to enjoy a minimum standard of life and well-being that's considered acceptable in society

It is a multifaceted concept, which includes social, economic political elements. Poverty seems to be chronic or temporary, and most of the time it is closely related to inequality. As a dynamic concept, poverty is changing and adapting according to consumption patterns, social dynamics and technological change

People will be innovative. It will derive them to persevere and have a better

life. It will make the people to act collectively to achieve

development. (E.g. bayanihan) It will increase the socialization process wherein

people will be able to interact with one another without thinking of what status they belong.
