The Health and Wellness Program offers a variety of activities that focus on different ways to take care of the body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Heal from trauma, violence, and abuse Increase self-awareness Learn tools for coping and spiritual insight

All groups and other program activities are free of charge and open to all women.

Healthy snacks, child minding, and bus tickets are provided for all activities

(no child minding for Drumming Group).

Weekly Yoga / Pilates Fusion Sessions

Weekly gentle, relaxing yoga for core strengthening and stretching

Great for anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, and healing from trauma and violence

Achieve physical relief from arthritis stiffness and pain and other physical imbalances

Meditate to calm the mind, ease tension, and improve breath and self-awareness

Honouring the Aboriginal Culture

Bi-monthly sessions featuring different cultural activities such as drum making, sweats, sage picking, etc.

Explore an Aboriginal perspective on ways to nourish your body, mind, spirit, and emotions
