vitamin distribution program through ADHS.– Preconception and interconception education

• Targets Arizona women 18-45ish in their childbearing years to take daily multivitamin with 400mcg folic acid to reduce neural tube birth defects.

• Go to website to sign up for free PowerPack with 3-month supply of multivitamins, health magazine, and receive periodic health emails.
