In pursuance to the decision contained in Government of HimachalPradesh Department of Personal letter No. PER (AP)-C-B(2)-2/2015-L dated 4.5.2017and the Principal Secretary (Health) to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh vide letter No.Health-A-B(2) 14/2012-Loose of dated 16.5.2017 further clarified vide Govt. letter of evenNo.dated 18.8.2017 and as per the merit list (waiting list) sponsored by theSecretary,HPSSC,Hamirpur, the contractual services of following Laboratory Assistantsare hereby regularized after putting in three years of service rendered under RKS at parwith other contractual employees, in the pay band of Rs. 5910-20200+2000 Grade Pay,with immediate effect, as per detail given below:-

1. The appointment/regularization is purely temporary liable to be terminated at anytime b~ a month's notice from either side-viz the appointee or appointingauthorities.

2. The appointment carries liability to serve in any part of Himachal Pradesh.3. The appointment is further subject to the production of following certificates/

documents before joining the duty in the respective institution.

(a) Certificate of Medical Fitness issued by the Chief Medical Officers/Sr. MedicSuperintendent of the concerned District.

(b) Certificate of Educational Qualification/ proof of age thereof.

(c) Certificate of Physically Handicapped issued by Medical Board concerned, if any.

(d) Character Certificate from the Magistrate First Class or any Gazetted Officer towhom the candidate is known for the last three years.

(e) Certificate of Bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh.

(f) A certificate if he/she belongs to SC/ST/OBCIWFFIIRDP from the Magistrate 1st

Class.

(g) Declaration that candidate have not/shall not have more than one livingwife/husband.

(h) A declaration to the effect that if any of the information of documents submittedby him is proved false his/her services shall liable to be terminated.

(i)The appointee shall have to submit the nomination of the Group InsuranceScheme, 1984 at the time of joining of the duty.

U)That the appointment is subject to the verification of his/her characterantecedent.

(k)No TAlDA will be allowed for joining the duty.

(I)The regularization will be strictly on the basis of seniority subject to thecondition that eligibility criteria etc; prescribed in the R&P Rules for the posthave been observed at the time of their initial recruitment on contract.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to him/her, he/sheshould report for duty at their respective place of posting as shown against theirnames within fifteen days failin which the offer shall be treated as cancelled.
