HEALING FOR THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL

CONVENTION-2016. (HNIC-2016):

Theme: Arise and Shine: Isaiah 60:1.

Healing for the Nations International Convention (HNIC) is an

International convention annually organized and hosted by World

Shine Ministries [WSM] in partnership with Churches, Christian

organizations and institutions of learning in Kampala - Uganda.

Healing for the nations International convention 2016 (HNIC 2016)

was the third convention to be organized.

The Healing for the Nations International Convention 2016 took place

May 11-15 at the World Shine Foundation Primary School grounds. It

was hosted by World Shine Ministries under Rev. Dr. Medad Birungi

and Connie Birungi, together with Bishop Nathan Ahimbisibwe

Nathan and Joan Bosman (South Africa) as the Co-Hosts. The

convention Theme was Arise and Shine based on Isaiah 60:1. 620

received Christ for the first time,1980 people recommitted their lives

to Christ, 50 people got healed from different diseases, 250 delivered

from demonic powers, 80 marriages mended through counseling,

networking etc. We give Glory back to God.

Objectives of the Convention.

Mobilising, Motivating and Preparing the Church for

Revival and Healing of the Nations;

Empowering, Imparting and Equipping the Church for

Ministry;

Networking, Partnering and Collaborating for Ministry;

Fellowshipping, Renewal and Revival of Apostolic

Christianity;

Bringing Christians Together for the Common Aim of

Shining for Christ. The convention was attended by more than 10,000 people from all over the world. Most people came from Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. Many speakers also attended

most of which were from USA, UK, Australia, Malawi, Kenya, South Africa and other countries.

On this convention many miracles happened that saw

thousands of people healed. The deaf started hearing,

hundreds of lame people that had come to the convention

with walking sticks got healed and the walking sticks

were thrown away, many got healed from different

diseases, thousands got delivered from demonic powers

and many others. Surely the Lord's healing power was

revealed in his people.

A WORD FROM THE HNIC CHAIRMAN & MINISTRY CO-

ORDINATOR

On behalf of World Shine ministries and on my own behalf as the

national chairman of the Healing for the Nations International

Convention, I take this opportunity to thank all of you who

participated in the recently concluded event. It was great seeing the

Gospel preached, the sick getting healed, one who was not able to

walk recovering his ability to walk, many receiving Christ as their

personal savior, those who came to the meeting when they are

sorrowful getting back when they are rejoicing, those who were

living in the shadows of disgrace and shame getting into the light of

God, various people networking with other people and many more.

All this and much more was because you participated. I greatly

thank you so much for your contributions and support, may God

richly bless you.

Arrangements to have yet another convention in 2017 are in high

gear. Please support and pray for its success and blessings!

World Shine Foundation School is our orphanage centre

that was created to support the needy children in the area

and to raise Godly Men and women to lead Uganda and

influence the

nations for

Christ. We are

very grateful for

all of you, our

supporters, to

raise and help the

needy by giving them education, goats to eradicate poverty

in their families, medical care, giving them shoes, and in

all other ways. You can also support us to raise these

children based on Christian values to influence this world

with the Gospel of the Lord.

We are glad to report that the playing field for the nursery

section has been worked on in order to keep these children

active at school. The school chaplain sends his regards to

everyone that has been able to donate to these children.

May the almighty God bless you abundantly.

This is a community clinic that is being built in Rwentobo

town to change on the health of the people in the

community by TONBRIDGE BABTIST CHURCH (TBC) –

UK, coordinated by Debbie Burke and Connie Burgess.
