Internet and telephone banking is available for tax & utility payments. Contact your financial

institution for instructions to set up your accounts. The Municipal Office accepts credit card

(Visa or Mastercard) debit, cheque and cash. For your convenience there is a drop slot on the

front door of the Municipal building at Irricana Town Office 222 2nd Street.

Below you will find a list of (7) piles that will be accepted for

this year’s Large Garbage Pick-Up on April 24th

**IMPORTANT** All items must be separated into 7 separate piles on the curbside. We ask that you please be patient, there will be a number of trucks working throughout the Town to ensure adequate pick up. Please have all items out on the curbside by 7.00 AM on April 24th

7. Furniture Maximum of 2 extra bagged garbage can go with the regular

garbage pickup in the regular area (back or front)

Rural Intake Services are available in Beiseker, Crossfield, and Irricana on a first come, first

serve basis. Residents in need of information, assistance with government applications,

referrals to community services and access to Community Links programming, including

Parent Consultations, Family/Domestic Violence Supports, Counselling and Seniors Ser-

vices, can connect with the intake staff. Rural Intake Services can be provided in person or

by calling 403-620-0778.

Beiseker P.LA.Y: For parents/caregivers and children 0- 4th birthday. Participants can take part in a variety of interactive

play activities and connect with Parent Coaches as well as other parents/caregivers. There is no cost. Thursdays, 10:00am-

11:30am April 11- May 23, 2017

Traveling Tales and Tunes: This is a high quality preschool literacy program that offers children, birth to age five their

parent/caregiver an opportunity to enjoy songs, rhymes and stories in a lively environment. There is no cost. Thursdays,

10:00am-10:45am April 13-May 25 2017

vices and events! Meetings are held once a

month except in the summer! (4) spots avail-

Looking for individuals that would like assist

in the enhancement, maintenance and man-

agement of our community facilities. Meet-

ings held twice a year (March & November)

Economic Development and Tourism

Work with committee, council, CAO and

Economic Development Officer on projects

Tools for Relationship Improvement

(Couples Workshop)

This 2 day workshop is designed to

help couples increase awareness of

their issues and to build on communi-

cation tools needed to manage their

relationship more effectively. Cost is

$50/couple, sliding fee scale available.

Roll to the Hole tickets are now available for $5 each!

Imagine 2,000 numbered golf balls flowing out of the back of a concrete truck! The actual

event will take place on Monday, August 21, 2017 at our offices at 125 Main Street, NW

in Airdrie where one of the balls will “Roll to the Hole” and one lucky person will win

$2,500.00 cash! 2nd place is $1000 and 3rd is $500! You can pick up your tickets at our

Beiseker office on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as our Airdrie location during office

hours.

Join the library for our 4 week Book Fold-

ing Art project (Wednesday eve-

nings 6:30PM-7:45PM, repeat class Thursday

afternoon 2:30PM-3:45PM).

Attend Nutritionist and Dieti-cian Jen Awde for an informa-tional session about Mealtime Struggles, learn how to incor-

porate new foods into your child’s (age 1-5 years old) eat-

ing (April 10th 6:30PM-8:00PM).

Come celebrate Easter with and Easter Eggstravaganza on April 15 (11AM-2:00PM) at the Community Hall put

on by the Boys and Girls Club, Town of Irricana and Library, participate in fun crafts, listen to a Easter

story, and search for all the hidden eggs!!

Get some fresh air with our Walking Group who meet each Tuesday and Thursday (9:45AM-10:45PM) for an hour long walk around town, afterward join us for a cof-fee and visit.
