Former NFL Great Joins a New Team When you hear the name Ken Harvey in Washington and Northern Virginia, memories and an appreciation of the Redskins linebacker comes to mind. Tackling a new endeavor by joining Fellows Financial Group, Harvey is excited to hit the ground running after working as a motivational speaker starting his own Business development company called Jaka consulting group and in 2008 held the position of Washington Redskins Director of Responsibility.

Harvey attended University of California, Berkeley and went on to an 11-year career in the NFL with the Redskins and Cardinals. Upon retirement, he became a leader off the field by supporting the youth, giving to numerous charitable organizations and traveling to Haiti after an earthquake took so much from the Country. Being a motivational speaker, Harvey touches on finding your self worth and creating a destiny that you deserve after he learned the hard way. After dropping out of high school he realized the long, hard battle he would have to overcome to gain any success. He set his mind to becoming great and the rest is history.
