First of all, I want to thank you very much for your support to Mary and I during my recent cancer surgery, rehabilitation and recovery, which continues. Your cards, phone calls, emails, food, visits, plants, and flowers were greatly appreciated. We were overwhelmed with all the support we received. Again, thank you!

I am very proud of our Leadership Class, Vision XXI. They have participated in Leadership Day at Fort Hood, Education Day at KISD’s new Vocational Center, CTC and Texas A&M, Central Texas, and Legislative Day in Austin. The Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce continues to provide the city with leaders who are focused on community development and are always improving quality of life for our residential, civic and business communities.

Chamber members receive a substantial return on their membership investment through value added services and effective representation before and within a wide variety of Central Texas organizations. The active involvements of our Chamber committees have taken new strides to expand the horizon of our businesses and the citizens of the community. This is done through our monthly Chamber mixers, Coffee Connection, various workshops and military affairs to name just a few.
