EMULATING REFLEX ACTION THROUGH MEMRISTORS
Memristor, the fourth fundamental element ,are a class of passive two-terminal circuit elements that maintain a functional relationship between the time integrals of current and voltage . The benefit of memristive systems is that they are capable of integrating both data storage and data processing in a single device ,which offers the potential to more closely emulate the capabilities of biological intelligence. Memristor is going to revolutionaries the 21st century as radically as the transistor in the 20th century.
B.Tech Project:
IMPLEMENTATION OF LI-FI SYSTEM
Li-Fi stands for Light-Fidelity. Li-Fi is transmission of data using visible light by sending data through an LED light bulb that varies in intensity faster than the human eye can follow. The data from the sender is converted into intermediate data representation, i.e. byte format and is then converted into light signals which are then emitted by the transmitter. The light signal is received by the photodiode at the receiver side. In particular we focused on designing a prototype of VLC that can be used without having to make major changes to the present infrastructure with two types of protocol — namely USB( PL2303) — for data transmission.
