2 AHAND FOOT SMOKETrying to understanding the behaviour of smoke.Idea; using bluetooth technology to track a persons movement by connecting to his phone when entering the space. Inspired by the collaborative project with ARUP lighting, when asked to design their exhibition and use the same technology.Site; Room 48a at the Victoria & Albert museum. Attaching a HC-SR04 Distance Measuring Transducer Sensor to the Arduino monitor the change in distance when a person moves through the waves.People recorded as data when distance sensorsenses their movement.Using Infrared motion sensor to detect movement, as used in security alarms. While using temperaturesensors for when there is no movement but body is still there and is detected by body heat.Infrared + temperature sensors captures body heat to detect peoples movements.Sensing box layer to be installed above the centre point of the smoke to sense the people entering the space.Sensors scanning through the smoke and space.Sensors scanning through the smoke and space. Some examples of the webpages designed for the ARUP web based application.
