Employment - Employment is a relationship between two parties, usually based on a contract, one being the employer and the other being the employee. I have gathered this Intel from internet, this means that employment is a business between two workers, one would be the employer and the other the employee. The employee would have to follow the instructions of the employer.

Development - Development is the process of the project. The team of developers would add piece by piece there designs to come up with a final product show a result of a development of the project.

License - A license may be granted by a party ("licensor") to another party ("licensee") as an element of an agreement between those parties. A shorthand definition of a license is "an authorization (by the licensor) to use the licensed material (by the licensee).“ This example I have found from the internet showing that a license is an permission from one them to the other saying its ok to copy designs and take in there ideas.

process where two or more people or organizations work together to realize shared goals. I have found this Intel from the internet. An collaboration means when two teams work together to achieve the same end goal.

IP - Copyright - Copyright is a legal concept, enacted by most governments, giving the creator of

an original work exclusive rights to it, usually for a limited time. I have gathered this information on the internet. This explains that if a project is copyrighted it belongs to the designer or designers this makes it easier to know who is the creator if there isn't any copyrights used then the designs or ideas could be coped from another person and there wont be any proof to the court that they are there ideas.

Trademark - A trademark, trade mark, or trade-mark is a recognizable sign, design or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source from those of others. I Found this information on the internet this tells that if there is an symbol on an project that makes it easy for people to notice what the product is.

Patent - A patent is a set of exclusive rights granted by a sovereign state to an inventor or their assignee for a limited period of time, in exchange for the public disclosure of the invention. I have researched this information to find out that an patent is an statement for an limited time, the statement will allow access into an product.

Registered Design - An industrial design right is an intellectual property right that protects the visual design of objects that are not purely utilitarian. This information I have found tells me that an register design the person has rights to design an product but not clam it as there own.

Violence – Violence is and aggressive nature that people act and they would do this by fighting. Most games have fighting doesn't mean it is too violent for the player for example when a player hits a character candy made pop out if them.

Rating - PEGI – This forms the age system to help stop parents from buying there children games they shouldn’t play

Education – education games are used to show that learning can be fun and also make people know what is right or wrong.

Stereotyping – Most people think games are mostly for men making it stereotypical.

Addiction – Some gamers can get addicted to playing games and could provent them from socialising and effect there lives.
