Easy Sign Up (IBOs)

01 Easy Sign Up

3Registration- February 2020, V2.

Step 1Go to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz. Click on the Login icon.

Step 2Click on REGISTER HERE.

SIGNING UP AS A NEW IBO


Step 3Click on BECOME AN IBO to join Amway as an IBO.

Step 4Enter PRIMARY APPLICANT personal information. This should include: * All mandatory fields - email must be unique and valid (a duplicate pop-up will appear if details have already been entered). - phone number (enter mobile or landline or both). For mobile, drop the 0 at the start of your mobile number so the number you enter will start with a 4 in Australia or 2 in New Zealand. If you do enter the 0 you will receive an error notice to remove the 0 (see tips 1). * Bank Details (see tips 2- optional). * Sponsor (leads program-see tips 3- optional).





Step 5Enter Co-Applicant Details (if applicable)To enter a Co-Applicant ensure that you check the tick box Add Co- Applicant on the Primary Applicant personal information page.Enter details. Including a unique and valid email address (note this needs to be different from the email used for the Primary applicant).

Then click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE.



Step 6Build Your Own Registration Kit (BYOK).

To complete registration to become an IBO you will need to purchase $99 AU or $119 NZ worth of TOP PRODUCTS. Use the Brand, Category or Price filters to select your products and then proceed to Cart.i) All TOP PRODUCTS have a banner in green with a star icon. ii) Once you have reached the correct $ value the TOP PRODUCT TOTAL will turn from red to green. From here you can continue registration or you can also continue shopping with the Search or Quick Shop options (See Ordering Guide for more information).iii) Tick the check box Tick to add your free printed Product Catalogue to receive a free printed catalogue.iv) Click on PROCEED to continue.

Step 7Choose your Delivery method.You can choose to have your order delivered to your address. Or you can pick it up rom your local Business Centre by choosing Click & Collect.



Step 8 Click on Proceed.Accept the Terms & Conditions.

Please read and review the Terms & Conditions then Click on I ACCEPT.

Step 9 Payment. Enter card details. These can be saved for future purchases by clicking on the check box and entering a card nickname in the text box. (unclick the check box if you do not wish to have the card details stored for future purchases).

Click on Submit Order.

If you choose Click & Collect you must also select the Business Centre Pick Up Location.



Step 11 Set up your Amway ID.i) Click on PROCEED.

Step 10Preview Preview your personal details and click on the EDIT button if you need to make any changes. Once changes are complete click on the Save button and you will come back to the review page.

Click on Proceed to Payment.



ii) Enter your password then re-enter to confirm the password. Then click CONTINUE.

iii) Go to your inbox of the email address that you have provided. You will receive an email with a verification code.



iv) Enter the verification code.

Step 12Registration is complete. You will be taken to the home page.

Easy Sign Up (VIP Client)


Step 1Go to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz. Click on the Login icon

Step 2Click on REGISTER HERE.

Step 3Click on BECOME A VIP CLIENT to join as a VIP client.

Step 4i) Complete the personal information by filling in all the mandatory text boxes. The grey boxes will auto-populate. Enter personal information. This should include: * All mandatory fields - email must be unique and valid (a duplicate pop-up will appear if details have already been entered). - phone number (enter mobile or landline or both). For mobile drop the 0 at the start of your mobile number, so the number you enter will start with a 4 in Australia or 2 in New Zealand. Step 5Read and review the Terms and Conditions. If you Accept them, check the box next to Accept. Then click on PROCEED TO PREVIEW.



Step 6Review personal details.iii) Edit as required by clicking on the EDIT button and make the changes (Save changes to be returned to this page).iv) Click on the CONFIRM button.



Step 7Click on PROCEED to create your AMWAY ID.

i) Enter your password, then re-enter the same password to confirm. Then click the CONTINUE button.



Step 8VIP Client registration is complete. You can now place an order.You will be taken to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz


iv) Enter the verification code.

Step 2Click on Registrations in the drop-down box.

Verify Amway ID by the new IBO i) Click on Create AMWAY ID here.



i) Enter your password, then re-enter the same password to confirm. Then click the CONTINUE button.




iv) Enter the verification code and click on SUBMIT.

Step 11Accept Declaration & Acceptance.

The new IBO will be directed to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz and will need to accept the Declaration & Acceptance by reviewing the terms and conditions and if agreeing, then checking the box next to accept, then clicking on PROCEED.



Step 12IBO registration is complete.


STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Introducing Sponsor (VIP Client)Step 1Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz. Then click on the Mini My Account drop-down arrow.

Step 3Scroll down to REGISTRATIONS and click on REGISTER VIP CLIENT.

Step 4i) Complete the personal information by filling in all the mandatory text boxes. The grey boxes will auto-populate.

REGISTERING A NEW VIP CLIENT


ii) Click on the NEXT button.



iii) Review and if you agree Accept the Declaration and Acceptance. Click on the check box next to accept, then click on the PROCEED TO PREVIEW button.



iv) Preview and EditPreview the personal details to ensure they are correct. Edit by clicking on the EDIT Button, make the changes and save. Then click on the CONFIRM button.



v) VIP Client has been registered. An Amway ID will need to be created. The link to this will be sent to the VIP Client at the email used to register.vi) To access the website the VIP Client will need to go to their inbox. Open the email and click on the link to create an AMWAY ID.

vii) VIP Client email: click the link Click Here to create an AMWAY ID.




viii) Enter a new password in the text box. Confirm new password by re-entering in the second text box. Then click on the CONTINUE button.

ix) You will be requested to enter a verification number that will be sent to the inbox of the VIP Client (ie the unique email address used to register).



x) Go to the inbox, open the verification email.

xi) Enter the verification code, then click on the SUBMIT button.

xii) Registration and Amway ID creation is complete. The VIP Client can now start shopping at amway.com.au or amway.co.nz


STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Invite by EmailStep 1Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz then click the Mini My Account drop-down arrow.


03 Inviting a new IBO to register by email


Step 3Scroll down to REGISTRATIONS and click on REGISTER IBO.

INVITING A NEW IBO TO REGISTER BY EMAIL



Step 4i) Complete the details. For the new IBO include their name (first and last), their unique email address and their sponsor’s IBO Number. ii) The sponsor’s IBO Number will then auto-populate with the IBO details. If these are correct click on CONFIRM.iii) Then click on SEND INVITE.iv) An email is then sent to the new IBO to the above email address, they will need to go to this email to continue the registration process.

Step 5Open the email, click on the link.



Step 6The new IBO name (first and last), email address and the sponsoring IBO number will be auto-populated.

The new IBO will need to fill in all the other PRIMARY APPLICANT details.

Step 7Enter Co-Applicant Details (if applicable)To enter a Co-Applicant ensure that you check the tick box Add Co- Applicant on the Primary Applicant personal information page.Enter details. Including a unique and valid email address (note this needs to be different from the email used for the Primary applicant).
















Step 12Review

Review your personal details and click on the EDIT button if you need to make any changes. Once changes are complete click on the Save button and you will come back to the review page.

Step 13Set up your Amway ID.

i) Click on PROCEED.



ii) Enter your password then re-enter to confirm the password. Then click CONTINUE.




iv) Enter the validation code.

Step 14Registration is complete. You will be taken to the home page.


04 APPENDIX

1. Mobile Numbers

When entering your mobile number on the personal details page, drop the first 0. If you do enter the 0 you will receive the following error message and will not be able to continue until removed.

Example of correct number is: 498580123. The equivalent applies for New Zealand.

2. Bank Details for Bonus Payment Authority

Add BSB Number, the bank and branch name will auto-populate. Then enter your account number and name. The equivalent applies for New Zealand.


3. Leads Program

If the new person does not know an IBO to sponsor them they can use the Leads Program.Under Sponsor Information on the Primary Applicants Personal Information page you can choose If you do not know a sponsor Click here. Click on the Click here link.

Choose the Sponsor from those available and click on the SELECT button. The details will then populate the SPONSOR IBO NUMBER. Select CONFIRM then complete the application.
