BEAST MODE TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

STEP 1: SIGN UP WITH AN ACCOUNTThe first thing you need to do is sign up with an account on kyleinvaders.org. To do so, click on any of the 3 areas circled in Figure 1 below:

Please note, if you clicked on “Beat Mode Tournament”; then, you will need to click on “Register Now!” on that page to get to the sign up process.

STEP 2: FILL IN ACCOUNT DETAILSFill in each field, and click on “Create Account!”. Remember this is your account, as the coach of the team.

STEP 3: FILL IN ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT DETAILSFill in all required fields (marked with a red asterisk); then, click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.

STEP 4: WHICH BEST DESCRIBES YOU?You will want to click on the middle option, because you are registering as the head coach, and don’t want to register any individual participants.

STEP 5: SELECT THE PROGRAM YOU WANT TO REGISTER FORYou’ll need to click on the green button that says “+ Select” next to Beast Mode Tournament; then, click on “View Roles”.

STEP 6: CHOOSE THE DIVISION YOU WANT TO REGISTER FORYou’ll need to click on the green button that says “Sign Up” next to the division you will be entering your team into the tournament for; then, click “Continue” at the bottom.

STEP 7: ACKNOWLEDGE RESPONSIBILITY FOR TEAMClick “Yes” acknowledging that you are responsible for forming your own team to bring to the tournament.

STEP 8: ASSIGN YOURSELF AS THE HEAD COACHClick on the box with your account name under it so that it is highlighted red, like illustrated in the picture below; then, click on “Continue” at the bottom.

STEP 9: ADD YOUR TEAM NAME AND ACCEPT WAIVERAll of the required information should already be filled in on this screen, except for the “Team Name”. Please fill in the name of your team; then, click to accept the waiver, and click on “Continue” at the bottom.

STEP 10: START THE PAYMENT PROCESSEverything should be defaulted to what you need here. Just click on “Continue” at the bottom.

STEP 11: PAYMENT INFORMATIONFill in the necessary payment information; then, click “Continue” at the bottom.

STEP 12: SUBMIT YOUR ORDERClick on “Submit Order”.
