GIMM

Global Integrated Manufacturing Manager is a solution created to synchronize the automotive supply chains (car manufacturers and first tier suppliers) giving a specific answer to Just in Time, Just in Sequence, Traceability, Production Control and Warehouse Management. GIMM is a product suite that provides three main solutions: LINCS for delivery execution, PROCS for manufacturing execution and STOCS for warehouse management.

Additionally, GIMM has extended modules for Poka-yoke controls, pace makers, delivery dashboard, Picking systems as pick-by-voice, pick-to-tablet, pick-to-light, pick-by-vision, e-ink, mobility and EDI connectors with car manufacturer.

Management of deliveries from OEM car manufacturers and their company’s productive plants, synchronizing them with their customer plants/suppliers so that they can operate using modern logistic technologies such as Just-in Sequence (JIS) or Batch Lot-size (“Kanban“).

ProCS

Management of a factory’s internal production through automation of their productive operations in “Manufacturing Execution System” (MES) modality, controlling the robots at workstations or work cells and thus guaranteeing follow-up and automatic traceability of both their productive processes and finished products.

StoCS

Management of a company’s logistic chains and flows based on real demand (B2O-Build-to-Order), controlling reception and storage of the components delivered by suppliers, the internal preparation handling operations of material as well as the storage and shipment of finished products delivered to their customers.
