combines cultural immersion with professional development to provide animpactful experience.

Global Talent Program helps university graduates find a job placement in anorganization in another country for 3-18 months. The program challenges you to

I have now spent over 4 months in Dubai, and absolutely love what I do.

better at dealing with them. I meet different people from different backgrounds

call it.

After graduating from university, I realized that I had endless

opportunities that I could pursue , chasing after the next big thing

on an oGIP through AIESEC.

I had been applying for several internships but still had that little bit of

uncertainty whether I was ready to leave my comfort zone, yet I thought, if I

didnt do this now, it will certainly be tougher in the future.

An opportunity as a Social Media Executive at a growing Media

agency had come up, which I had applied for. Fast-forward three

weeks later, I was told that I was selected.
