I have spent the last 25 years in the RealEstate and Mortgage Industry. This is theonly business I have ever known and thecareer path I choose to pursue.

Compass Mortgage was formed in 1999 byDan Graham and Carol Kochan. We startedwith 9 employees in a temporary office inNaperville, IL. Within in our first month, wehad closed our first closed loan.

Since our inception in 1999 we have nowclosed over 30,000 loans, totaling over $6Billion dollars in loan amount. Even withthe exceptional growth we have had overthe last 17 years, our culture and way ofdoing business has not changed.

As a company, we have set forth on avision for the future. That vision is tofurther expand and build the CompassMortgage brand throughout the UnitedStates. We are looking for the new salesleaders in the mortgage industry and willonly accept the best of the best.

The application coordinator at Compass Mortgage has changed my entire business model. BeforeI started working with my application coordinator, I spent the majority of my time, for the past 10years, working on gathering documents and turning in files. Now that the application coordinator

is disclosing my completed application, sending them out to my clients and collecting all therequired documentation so that she can turn in the file to processing, I am on pace to originate

300% more files per month than I was able to do prior to using the application coordinator.

Having an application coordinator has been extremely helpful for my business and has allowedme to focus on my production, building relationships with referral partners and also enjoying a
