How do I get Enrolled?

• If you are currently enrolled in the County’s sponsored private fee service plan through Anthem, you have been auto enrolled into The Hartford’s Group Retiree Insurance Plan effective January 1, 2011. You do not need to complete an enrollment form.

• If you would like to enroll for the first time into The Hartford’s Group Retiree Insurance Plan, you simply need to complete the enrollment form found in your packet of information that you received from the County. The completed enrollment form is due back to the County by November 10, 2010.
