AquaLight A great class for individuals looking for a lighter
workout in the water, or those new to water fitness. This class in-
cludes light cardio & strength exercises.
AquaFit The use of Aqua Noodles, Water Barbells, Steps, Re-
sistance Bands, and great choreography combine to help you get FIT
without impact on your joints!
Aqua Zumba Add water resistance to the Zumba philosophy and
you get one rockin’ pool party you won’t want to miss! Water cre-
ates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging
and helps tone your muscles.
BellyDance Tone and Core This class allows you to tone your
core by working hips, abs, back and arms in all sorts of new ways.
Warm up with basic low-impact isolation moves and then move to an
up-tempo dance mix.
BodyBlast Boot Camp This boot camp class will be sure to burn
calories as it mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises
with interval training and strength training. Come for a fun and in-
tense workout!
BodyCombat Effectively tone and burn calor ies in this powerful-
ly energetic cardio workout. Fueled by fresh and fun music, this mar-
tial-arts inspired class incorporates moves from karate, boxing,
taekwondo and muay tai.
BodyFlow This energizing and athletic-based class moves to to-
day’s hit music while incorporating movements from Yoga, Pilates,
and Tai Chi to strengthen abs, legs, upper body, glutes, and core.
Class ends with a relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed,
and centered.
BodyPump Transform your body with the most effective
strength training class available. 60 minutes of time under tension
creates lean muscle to help you burn calories all day long.
Cardio Barre This is a unique, high-energy, low impact exercise
class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat-
burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance
exercises for glutes, legs, torso and arms that sculpt muscles and
elongate the appearance of your body.
Chair Yoga * is a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and
poses through creative use of a yoga chair. The chair replaces the
yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able
to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more sup-
port and stability.
Gentle Yoga* This class focuses on balance, flexibility, and stress
reduction through Gentle Yoga. Basic poses, alignment principles,
and breathing techniques address the needs of beginners, seniors, and
those with injuries and limitations.
Hatha Yoga* Focus on your flexibility, relaxation, concentration
and body awareness. Mats and yoga equipment provided.
Kickboxing Kids* Martial ar ts, cardio and strength are rolled into
a fun, energetic 45-minute class. Kids have fun learning proper tech-
nique while getting a good workout.
Light Cardio, Strength, Balance & Stretch A cardio warm-up
trains your heart; strength moves improve muscles and bone health.
Balance and flexibility are integrated into each class to improve your
everyday movements.
Mat Pilates Zone in on your core in this mat-based class. Develop a
stronger mind-body connection to improve spinal alignment, posture
and stability. Improve your structural integrity by building a stronger
back and core. Pilates Bodywork Mindful body movements through the flow of
the Pilates format. Class utilizes the foam roller apparatus to achieve
full body benefits.
Pilates Sculpting Strengthen your “Powerhouse” to build a solid
foundation for efficient, balanced movement to enhance any other type
of exercise. Controlled movements tone your entire body. This class is
for everyone!
Power Circuit Sculpt This PowerSculpting workout will effectively
strengthen and define your entire body!
Spin & Strength Get a great cardio workout while cycling to up-
beat and motivating music without the impact on joints.
Spin & Roll Burn calor ies in this cycling class and finish with deep
stretches to combat muscle tightness. Great cardio workout followed
by flexibility.
Step, Strength & Stretch Class includes 30 minutes of step, 20
minutes of toning and 10 minutes of a relaxing stretch. Enjoy cardio &
strength benefits in this full body workout.
Tai Chi Exper ience the natural flow of energy that br ings calm
and centeredness to your soul. This slow, gentle, moving meditation
focuses on reducing stress and developing balance and emotional well-
being while improving balance and preventing injury.
Zumba/Zumba Toning Slide, shuffle, and spin with footwork and
body movements from the flamenco, salsa, merengue, samba, and
more. Zumba Toning utilizes toning sticks to target all the major mus-
cle groups.
Zumba Kids* The rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties are packed
with specially choreographed, kid-friendly
