Premium nylon face fibres give Grizzly FX outstanding performance and long service life. Grizzly FX uses a
random pattern design to help hide collected dirt, while its looped-pile, tufted construction utilizes both
nylon (to dry) and polypropylene fibres (to scrape) to provide the ultimate performance in scraping,
collecting and holding/hiding dirt and moisture until it can be extracted from the mat.

GRIZZLY FX LOGO INLAYS Extra Heavy Duty Dryer/Scraper Entrance Matting
Our Grizzly FX inlaid logo mat program is different because we inlay - not print - our logo mats.
Each piece of your logo is cut out of separate pieces of matting material using an ultrasonic blade on
our computer-controlled cutting table. After all the pieces have been cut, we assemble them like a
giant jigsaw puzzle and chemically bond the pieces together and into your new entrance mat. This
gives your logo incredible durability and resistance to wear – an inlaid logo doesn’t blur, fade, or
wear off with traffic like printed mats do! All we need from your is your logo in a suitable vector
graphic format, like Adobe Illustrator. Nearly 100 additional custom colours also available!

table allows us to custom-
design inlaid logos for
nearly any of our products.
When the table has
completed the task at hand,
a solid piece of inlay
matting will have been
transformed into precisely
sized components of the
logo – just like pieces of a
jigsaw puzzle – that are
now ready for use in the
hand-assembly of the
custom entrance mat.
From Machine to Man: The Finishing Process
Next, the freshly-cut entrance matting and logo come together in our manufacturing facility, where our
production team takes over, assembling our “jigsaw puzzle” into a beautiful piece of functional art.
Once the logo pieces are fitted into the surrounding entrance mat, we chemically weld them together for a
lifetime bond. Then, to ensure an even higher degree of resilience, a secondary backing material is added to
the mat using the same sophisticated chemical bonding process.
Our finished product is a sharp, crisp inlaid logo, using material that carries all the same performance qualities
of the surrounding entrance mat. And unlike fuzzy-looking printed logos, the custom inlaid logo is totally
colourfast – that is, dyed throughout the whole fiber – and will never wear off.
