Facilities include the purpose-built HolgateHouse, a combined residential block andconference centre ideal for residentialconferences, seminars and trainingcourses. Holgate House has 93 singleand four twin en-suite rooms. All of theserooms provide a hairdryer, radio andtea/coffee making facilities.
Additional to Holgate House there arestandard single and twin rooms situatedin three other blocks offering excellentaccommodation with sharedbathroom facilities.

As well as having a purpose-builtconference facility and a wide rangeof other on-site conference rooms,Grey is also within easy reach of theUniversity’s central lecture theatres.Any event can be easily supplementedwith these additional facilities as well asthose of nearby colleges ensuring thatyou have unrivalled scope to createyour ideal event.
Grey offers a wide range of food andbeverage options and will happily caterfor any special dietary needs. Whetheryou want a lunch time finger buffet orformal dinner in the elegant dining roomour team will ensure that the menu istailor-made to suit your requirements.
Grey has 10 meeting rooms which canaccommodate a variety of requirementsand styles ranging from an interview fortwo, theatre style for 120, boardroom for30 or a banquet for 250.
