Loan Registration Process
Step #1 1. Log in and click on Start New Loan Register A Loan File Upload Browse- find you Fannie Mae File 3.2 and upload.

Price Your Loan/ Select Loan Program Step #2
Step #2 Click on Get Pricing- enter Needed information to run pricing And register your loan under the correct program.

Initial Document Upload Step #4
Step #4 Broker to submit Credit Package within 3 Days of Greenbox receipt of the borrowers signed intent to proceed. Submit following items to meet Greenbox, Loans minimum submission requirements: Income verification per guidelines, Asset Verification per guidelines, preliminary title report.
Uploading Conditions
Once loan has been approved a conditions icon will be available to click on and upload conditions.
Check off the appropriate condition and upload one by one. This will tag the condition to the approval and mark if for the Account Manager to submit back to UW.
Program Exception Request
Exception request can be made through the pricing page. Simply fill out the loan scenario fields and close the page. This will take you to fill out the request exception info box.

Lock Request
Click on lock request icon. An
email will be sent to lock desk to provide pricing for locking
your loan.

You can order docs by clicking on the docs
icon.. You can download the doc
order form fill out and upload
for your account manager.
