CIRCULARSubject: Proposed hiring of GREEN category accommodation in Tayseer Towers in Jarwal area of Makkah Makarramah for the pilgrims of Haj- 2015,The Consulate General of India, Jeddah has intimated that accommodation for Indian Haj Pilgrims of GREEN category is available in Tayseer Towers in Jarwal area located opposite to Indian Haj Pilgrims's Office, Makkah Mukarmmah. It consists of five towers of 30 floors each having a total capacity of 27,450 units as per its Tasreeh and is located at a distance of about 1,400 metres from the outer - most periphery of Haram sharief. These buildings are newly constructed having modern amenities. Attached toilet/bath are available in all rooms and all floors are almost identical in measurement, with a decorated space for reception/seating area and some central facilities. (Snaps uploaded on website www.hajcommittee.com)2. It is stated vide para 16.4 of Guidelines for Haj - 2015 "...Gas connection shall also be provided. However, the pilgrims have to refill the gas cylinder at their own cost, after second refill. The pilgrims have to share the room, kitchen, toilets and wash room facilities with other pilgrims in all categories both at Makkah and Madinah, Size of a room may vary from 1 person to 20 persons. A single toilet has to be shared by not more than 12 pilgrims and not more than 30 pilgrims have to share a single kitchen", Tayseer Towers do not have the kitchen facility as per the said para 16.4. However efforts are being made to provide catering facility to pilgrims staying in Tayseer Towers on payment basis. As the facilities at Tayseer Towers do not exactly conform to the guidelines, it has been decided to obtain willingness of the selected pilgrims of GREEN category of Haj -2015.3. Those pilgrims of Green category who are ready to be accommodated in Tayseer Tower building are required to give an Undertaking in the attached proforma so as to reach this office by 10.05.2015,DIPK 1397 Sd/
