Brie

A collaborative project with MartyEdwards producing a range o studionotebooks aimed at creatives orevery day studio use.

Overview

As designers we have a wide varietyo creative challenges so we based abrie on producing notebooks whichadress these problems throughormats and grids. We have ocusedour products on Image makers, typedesigners and general creatives.

Logo

The logo has been designed simpleand inormative with the idea toapply across a wide range and t intoa variety o ormats across a range.

Typography

The typeace Akkurat has been usedor the branding and body copy. It isboth clear in body copy and sits wellas a header ont.

Stock

To break up the large range we haveselected a variety o stocks as acolour key. Range o Green is aimedat image makers and general drawingwhere the range o brown is aimedor type designers or more rigid gridbased design. The yellow has beenselected to stand out rom all othese to produce the diary notebook.

Belly bands

03/06 A3 Pad

The pistacio A3 pad is a plain paperpad aimed at general drawing andimage making.

Field notes

The eld notes has been printed atan A6 ormat with line paper insidestock to allow it to be pocket sizeidea or any time note taking.

CD

The CD has all notebook grids in adigital ormat to allow or grid use ina digital ormat.

We wanted to make sure thatthe website was as similar to theproducts as possible this meantmaking the enterance page a cleancut, to the point style opening pagewhich ficks through various imageso the books.

The next page is the shop page and ithas all the images set in a duo-toneand i you hover over an image it rollsover into ull colour. This is anotherclearly laid out easy to navigate page.
