• InDesign Package: All fonts, images and other creative assets
used in the design, plus the full layout file.
Can be used for editing or printing.
• Print-Ready PDF: Formatted for use by a print shop for final
preparation and delivery of the publication.
• Email-Ready, PDF: Optimized to work well as email attachments.
Printing
• Leave the printing to us. We have great
working relationships with multiple high-
quality printing shops and can provide you
with advice on media to use and quotes for
any quantity.
• We can ship nationwide!
• Printing and shipping costs are billed
separately.

the ongoing work and provide feedback. We understand that in some
cases designs might be needed urgently. We will do everything we
can to help you meet your deadlines. Our Rush Thresholds indicate

Video and Animation timelines are built ad-hoc and reflect the complexity of the project. A timeline will be developed
and included as part of our proposal for your project.
If you have footage that only requires straightforward edits
(without significant graphic or other treatments), we can edit at
a reduced rate.
If you already have footage, we can custom-edit your
footage using advanced graphic and digital techniques,
scoping, etc.
Light and basic motion graphics are included in the price of any
finished video. We can also add more elaborate and advanced motion
graphics for an additional price.
We can select and provide several royalty-free backing track music
options for your video or animation. We can also provide you with
royalty-free sound effect options.
We can also craft more elaborate and advanced animations from
scratch. Pre-planning, storyboarding, scripting, music, voiceover, and
2-3 rounds of feedback are included.
We offer professional voice over recording through a partner
recording studio in the DC area.
We can also provide you with several professional Voice Over artist
samples for you to choose from to record your script.
We can create custom animations for basic projects, e.g., explainer
videos. Pre-planning, storyboarding, scripting, music, voiceover, and
2-3 rounds of feedback are included.
