iSolved for Small BusinessIf you are a solo HR department or small business looking to simplify some administrative tasks, this is the session for you. We’ll cover the top 10 things you can take advantage of - no matter your size - that can make your life easier tomorrow!

Employee Administration and Life Cycle ManagementThis session will begin by examining the full life cycle of an employee from hire to retirement. We will then provide a thorough review of how an employee records lives in the iSolved environment and interacts with each module. Employee records are affected by each area of the system and the changes made by the administrators, supervisors and the employee themselves. We’ll review org structure, a brief examination of onboarding, and offboarding.

Payroll Tips & TricksThis session will highlight our favorite tips and tricks in iSolved Payroll. We’ll review examples of real-life challenges and tricky calculations. Highlights will include: custom payroll entry templates; additional check types; check imports; gross-up functions; and even how to configure reports to run automatically each time you preview/process.

High-Level Benefits & OnboardingIn this session, we will provide you with tips, tricks and troubleshooting ideas for the most commonly built benefit plans. When do you edit, delete or add a new employee plan? We also will dive deeper into eligibility rules, updating rates and navigating the benefit plan screen. As well, we will go through the setup process and customization of onboarding.

Report Writer 101In this introduction to the iSolved Report Writer, you will learn about the different report types and when to use them, and then we will walk you through the process of building a basic report. You will learn about the field categories, how to select them, and how to search for fields. Once columns have been added to the report, we will show you how to edit the columns, apply filters, select your output type, and run your report.

Rolling Out and Managing ESSWe will explore the ways that your employees can manage their own data using Employee Self Services (ESS). We will cover how you can take full advantage of the ESS tool by allowing employees to update their own tax information, address, direct deposit, open enrollment/life events and more! We will also discuss troubleshooting tactics that will assist in supporting your employees’ use of ESS.

iSolved Best PracticesIn this session, we will discuss iSolved best practices with topics including employee data management, pre-process, and reporting strategies. We invite you to share your current practices as well in this interactive discussion session.

iSolved Time Best PracticesWe will cover many different aspects of what timekeeping in iSolved has to offer! We’ll start out by discussing policy groups and how these factor into allocating rules to different groups of employees. The second part of the discussion will shift to the My Dashboard page and how this tool can be used to track an employee’s status, review alerts and verify time cards.

HRIS gets engaged: Engaging Employees in Self-Service Systems and Using System Data to Inform Employee Engagement Presented by, Kathy Schraith & Andrew Boryczka from AgraceThe mantra in HR and engagement practices at Agrace has been “teach how to fish.” It has taken time for the team to get used to this mindset, but now it is the way they operate. As a result, they enjoy very active self-service usage in the iSolved system: Kathy and Dave have experienced 100% compliance with the staff acknowledging the updated employee handbook annually through the system. They print zero check stubs. Over 90% of new hires complete onboarding paperwork online.During their most recent benefits open enrollment for 625 employees, 91% actively completed elections online in iSolved! In this presentation, they will share how this was motivated out of necessity and made possible by their culture. They will speak to the iSolved self-service features they use, how culture has played a leading role in making widespread usage of self-service possible, and how they use data out of iSolved to inform their efforts to further their culture of engagement.

Advanced WorkflowIn this training, we will revisit how to set up a basic workflow. We will then discuss how to add multiple initiators and approvers (supervisory, managerial, and administrative) for employee self-service updates, benefit updates, onboarding, and time-off approvals.

Feel free to bring your lap-top so that you can make this a hands-on experience. Please make sure you have either attended or watched our Report Writer 101 webinar prior to attending this session.

Employee Life Cycle Management - From Hire to RetireThis session will bring together many topics discussed throughout the conference into a timeline of the employee life cycle.
