2018 Graduates
Gregory Angelone
"I am proud to be a Providence College graduate and a Friar as it has opened many
doors for me and I look forward to the continued success and growth of this
amazing institution."
Justin Bazinet
“Perseverance, dedication and commitment make any goals achievable. My
educational journey at Providence College has been remarkable! A special thank you
to the PC faculty and staff for the guidance, expertise and support!”
Luis Colon
“My reflection is being welcomed with open arms and a warm smile by Jennifer Andrews.
She reassured me that I could accomplish my goal and stuck with me throughout my time at
PC. What's most inspiring is how hard SCE works to try and integrate its students into their
prospective programs, follows them through and the professors who bring a certain life
experience and energy to the school.”
Mary Cruz
“Starting is the most difficult step; the challenge is not to stop even if we feel that
our barriers are greater than our goal. At the end what matters is to celebrate each
step that was taken to achieve it.”
Christine D’Ambra
“Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.”
–Charles Swindoll
Victoria DuBois
"The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet."
--Aristotle
John Ibarra
“I began a journey of education nearly 26 years ago, about the same time I entered the US Army…ironically,
my education journey and US Army career have finally come to a close here at Providence College. I have had
the tremendous pleasure of being part of the PC Community, both as the Senior Military Science Instructor
in the Department of Military Science, and as a Student in the Leadership Development Program of the
School of Continuing Education. I will forever be grateful for the lessons I have learned from my entire PC
Family! Go Friars!”
Elisa Kirchheim
“It's never too late to learn something new.”
Veronica Lopez
“My inspiration are my children Alexis and Cameron. Thank you for being patient and walking
through this journey with me as I finish my degree. I love you both with all my heart.
Love, Mom.”
“Thank you to the staff at Providence College for your guidance and support of the
SCE program that has given me a second chance in fulfilling my dreams. I am truly blessed.”
Nilsa Jimenez
“Reinventing your path takes time, and betting on your destiny is not a game of
chance… Find the intention, and add to your effort. This moment is perfect to begin
and to dream.” -Osorio Fonseca
Marissa Mansolillo
“I could not recall all of my reflections and memories at PC in
just a couple of sentences, but I will try by stating that it has
been such a wonderful and God-sent period in my life.
Professors Eriksen and Kless, thank you both for your
unwavering compassion and support; I will never forget your
kindness and will always hold you dear to my heart. Thank you
Jennifer, Anne and Dean Castleman, you are such amazing
women that I am proud to call both mentor and friend! Thank
you all for such an amazing and inspiring 5 years!”
Jessica Torrento
“I will be forever grateful to the staff and teachers who made my time at
Providence College so enjoyable. Not only will I finally be obtaining a
degree, which I honestly thought would never happen, I am also gaining
lasting relationships. Thank you so very much!”
