Overview

• The Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education is requesting for graduating students to give their co-operation in providing sincere views and feedback through an online questionnaire.

• The outcome of your response and feedback is intended to gauge your level of competency after undertaking your studies at Nilai University.

• Graduands MUST produce a printed copy of the Online Survey Slip before the gown can be given.

Step-by-step Guidelines

1. Access the online questionnaire at the aforementioned website. 2. Log in using your password and select ‘UNIVERSITI NILAI’ under the IPTS menu. 3. Click ‘NEXT’ to start answering the online questionnaire. 4. Print the Online Survey Slip from the website after completing the online

questionnaire. 5. Attach the slip with the Convocation Reply From and submit to Nilai University or

produce the slip during the collection of gown on the rehearsal day i.e. 20 August 2013.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Nilai University reserves the right to disallow the collection of gown and/or attendance to the Convocation ceremony if and when a graduand fails to fulfil this requirement imposed by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.
