Team & Family Rally – Arrive on Time First thing scheduled for Monday morning is our Team & Family Rally, please ensure your scholars arrive on time and ready to celebrate. As a reminder, students will be directed to the gym at 7:15am for the rally. Breakfast will be picked up in the Gym after the rally, scholars will be allowed time to eat in their first period classroom. It is very important for scholars to arrive on time for the rally so that they are able to participate in all activities with the rest of their classmates.

Picture Retake Day – October 16th Picture retake day will be on Monday, October 16th. Please make sure scholar is in full IDEA uniform. Order forms will be available at the front office. To add your scholars name to the list for retakes please contact the front office at 210)223-8885.

Report Card Pick up night – October 18th Parents Report card pick up night will not be a regular dismissal day, scholars will not be dismissed from usual designated spots.

Parents will need to pick up scholar from their homeroom to sign for report card.

If your scholar attends the after school program Be A Champion or Boys & Girls club and you are not able to attend Report card pick up night, you will need to schedule a conference with your scholars teacher to obtain your scholars report card.

During this time you are encouraged to sign up for a parent conference. If you have questions on your scholar’s report card, teachers will have a sign-up sheet available.

No School – October 20th We will not have classes October 20th, due to a Staff Development day. Classes will resume Monday
