T9 is a new tracking device for long-term tracking of assets all over the world. New technology and clever design have made this gem a reality with features includ-ing very long battery life time, an extremly robust enclsoure and both build-in and external sensors.
T9 is a truly unique product with a battery life time of 7+ years based on 1 position/day combined with an operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C in a moulded super-robust design.
T9 includes build-in sensors for Motion, Temperature, Tilt, Shock and Light and connects to exter-nal wireless sensors for Humidity, Temperature or just RFID.
T9 is made especially for tracking tools and containers but its scope is much wider and includes all sorts of assets that have no power and need tracking for a long period.
T9 uses a quad-band GSM module to send position reports to a server via GPRS. Positions are acquired by GPS if possible and via GSM cell triangulation if GPS is not possible. Reports are generated in fixed intervals - e.g. twice per day.
A built-in radio beacon can be activated for close-range location if needed.
T9 is fully supported by our Trusted Visibility Suite.
